How To Become a Naturebnb Host

1. List Your Place

Not every holiday home really fits Naturebnb portfolio. If your cottage or a villa is situated in beautiful surroundings, calm and away from the masses then list your property using the ‘Become a host’ button. We will review it thoroughly and get in touch with you.

2. Welcome Your Guests

Soon you will receive your first guests who have found your nature cottage through us. Through the messaging system on our platform there is the possibility to get to know your guests even before they arrive.

3. Get Paid

We let your guests pay directly to you on arrival. The deposit amount collected while booking will be refunded back to the guest’s bank account after checkout.

Our mobile friendly platform helps you to manage your listings on the go. You can adjust prices, update calendar, add / change photos with just few clicks of a button.

Booking System

Our user friendly booking system allows you to easily accept or reject bookings. The contact details of the customer will be shared with you once the booking is accepted by you.

Prices and Fees

Listing your property on Naturebnb is free of cost. You just pay a commission fee of 10% (excl. GST) on the booking amount. We rely on commissions to run marketing campaigns and make sure your calendar is busy throughout the year.

Frequently Asked Questions

How to list my place on Naturebnb?

You need to first register an account by clicking on the ‘Become a host’ link. Once your account is created, you will be able to list your place.

How the payments works?

We let your guests pay directly to you on arrival. The deposit amount collected by us while booking will be refunded back to the guest’s bank account only if you indicate that everything has been left tidy after checkout.

How to upgrade my place to featured?

You can upgrade your listing by paying the featured listing fee via the portal.

No pets are allowed in my cottage, how do I indicate that?

You can uncheck the pets allowed option on your property listing.

Are guests able to write a review?

Every guest that stays in a Naturebnb cottage will be asked to fill in a review. We will send an email with a request a day after the guest has left your nature cottage. The guest will review the nature and surroundings of your house and they will review the cottage and their experience with you as a landlord.

How to get in touch with my guests?

You will receive the contact details of your guests once the booking is confirmed by you.

What happens if the guest cancels the booking?

If a guest cancels, the following cancellation conditions of Naturebnb apply:

– In case of cancellation more than 15 days before the start of the stay, there are no  cancellation costs. 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.

– In case of cancellation up to the 15th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the booking amount.

– In case of cancellation from the 15th to the 7th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the booking amount.

– In case of cancellation from the 7th day until the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the booking amount.

– In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the booking amount.

How to cancel a reservation?

You can cancel a reservation by clicking on the ‘Cancel’ button on the respective booking. Please note, because we have to disappoint our guests when their booking is rejected, there may be a cost involved in cancelling a booking.
