What should I do if I forgot something at a place I stayed?

Please contact your host immediately and inform them. Naturebnb is not responsible for any loss of personal items due to the negligence of renters.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We use Razorpay gateway for payments. The following payment methods are supported.

Are your properties pet friendly?

Yes! We love your four legged friends. Please look for the pet friendly tag on our property page, some properties may not be equipped to receive love from your pets, yet. We want to make sure that you and your pet only get the best when you stay with us.

What is your pre check-in process?

We want to make your arrival experience is as seamless as possible and in order to do so, we need to get some paperwork completed before you arrive, including collecting a picture of a government issued id and, yes, a selfie. We do this to verify identity and ensure the safety of our guests in all of our homes.

Are there any restrictions in my Naturebnb?

Each property comes with it’s own set of house rules. We request you to go through it thoroughly before you book your stay.

Can I buy Naturebnb cottages?

Yes of course you can. Some of our cottages might be available for sale. If not, we can help you find your dream property and manage it on your behalf. Please get in touch with us if you are interested.

Booking Questions

Why didn't I receive confirmation email after booking?

If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of booking, please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Spam, which will allow future messages to get through.

Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?

It is not possible to change anything in your booking yourself. Please contact us for this.

How do I check the status of my reservation?

As soon as you click on ‘Book now’ on the booking page, you will receive a confirmation online and via e-mail. Your booking number will be displayed there. You will also come across a landing page that clearly states that your reservation has been successfully placed. If you do not receive confirmation from us, please contact us.

How do I find my reservation?

When you log into your account on the website you will find a header with ‘Reservations’. Here are the bookings that you made with the relevant status.

When am I charged for a reservation?

You will be charged a booking fee plus a refundable security deposit at the time of purchase. The balance amount has to be paid directly to the host at the time of checkin.

Help on your reservations & cancellations

Is my security deposit refundable?

Yes. Your security deposit is refundable after checkout. In most cases we adjust your security deposit with the balance amount to be paid to the host.

What happens if my host cancels my reservation?

You will be refunded 100% of the booking amount.

What are the costs for cancelling my reservation?

The amount depends on the date you cancel. We use the following cancellation conditions:

– In case of cancellation more than 15 days before the start of the stay, there are no  cancellation costs. 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.

– In case of cancellation up to the 15th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the booking amount.

– In case of cancellation from the 15th to the 7th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the booking amount.

– In case of cancellation from the 7th day until the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the booking amount.

– In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the booking amount.

The legal right of withdrawal is excluded with regard to renting cottages. If a booking (request) has to be cancelled, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible.

If the payment does not take place through Naturebnb, the landlord / tour operator can apply different cancellation conditions.

If you have taken out insurance and you have had to cancel your reservation due to a valid and demonstrable reason for the insurance, you may be entitled to a refund. Please contact your insurance for this.

When is my reservation confirmed?

After placing a reservation, the host of the relevant naturebnb property receives a booking request. As soon as it has been approved, you will receive a confirmation by email. We strive to clarify your reservation within 24 hours.

How do I cancel a reservation request?

You can cancel the reservation by logging into your account or by contacting us.
